Role of the innate immune system in mouse and human pulmonary inflammation and tumorigenesis.

Mechanisms of environmental lung carcinogenesis, such as particle-induced carcinogenesis.

Chemoprevention of lung carcinogenesis.

Mechanisms downstream of TLR4 in ozone-induced lung injury/inflammation.
